The SuperiorBand measure, 45 inches flat which is 90 inches in circumference. The Pink Band is made of Natural Latex Rubber and has a smooth surface. The Pink Band is slightly easier to stretch than the Green band. They both function the same and are used in the same exercises. Instructional videos are available
